These rates are subject to a facilities fee of $20 per room, room tax, presently at 11% and a $3 destination fee.
Standard Room Rate: $289.00 (single/double occupancy)
Garden Room Rate: $289.00 (single/double occupancy)

- Call the Sonesta Resort directly at the numbers listed above and identify yourself as a Solid-State Sensor Hilton Head 2026 Workshop attendee.
The cut-off date for the reduced group rate of $289 is
April 29, 2026. The room block is smaller than the number of workshop participants; hotel rooms will be assigned in the order that the hotel receives the reservations.
Reservations made after the April 29 date will be confirmed subject to availability of space and non-group rates. A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations with a one-night advance deposit due at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled prior to 72 hours before arrival, after which time, this deposit in non-refundable. To cancel your reservation, please contact the Sonesta Resort directly.
