Policies

Registration payment, in US Dollars only, is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The Registration Fee includes program material, (1) Electronic Proceedings, welcome reception, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, luncheons, banquet and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for cancellations are to be made in writing and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be processed for cancellations made after 8 May 2026.
I acknowledge that all material presented at the Hilton Head 2026 Workshop is the intellectual property of the presenter and may not be recorded, photographed, quoted, disseminated or transmitted by summary in any form without express written authority of the author.
Each Participant agrees that they will not sell goods or services, display goods or services, make solicitations of any kind, or conduct any commercial activities if not an exhibiting company and this can only be done in contracted exhibit booth. If you are interested in exhibiting at the Workshop, please refer to the Exhibitor Brochure.
